Ordering a Bandung Tour Package from Jakarta, We declare Binding (Legitimate) and it is our obligation to carry out after the guest has paid full payment.
Payment can be via bank transfer or directly at our office.

Bandung Tour Package Cancellation Policy:

If the Guest cancels the Tour Package Activity Agreement 6 Days Before the Day of the Tour, We Will Return the Payment Money 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total that has been paid.
If the Guest cancels the Tour Package Activity Agreement before the Day of Implementation, then we declare the Payment Money forfeited.
If 6 days prior to the implementation of the tour package, a participant is unable to leave, we will deduct 50% of the price per person.
If 3 days prior to the implementation of the tour package, a participant is unable to leave, then we will be subject to a reduction of 80% of the price per person.
If before the implementation of the vacation package to Bandung, there are participants who are unable to leave due to illness, then we will be subject to a deduction of 50% of the price per person.
Force Majeure is a condition where the implementation of activities cannot be carried out as a result of an event that the Amanah Transporter Tour Planner 328 cannot handle (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, sabotage, government regulations, etc.).
